SpiritedLA Original Cocktail: The Valentine’s Day Massacre

February 14th is just around the corner so you’d better be cocktail prepared. This bourbon based cocktail is dark, rich and just a bit sweet, with notes of cherry and chocolate. Great for Old Fashioned lovers.
The Valentine’s Day Massacre:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 2 tsp Cherry Heering
- 4 dashes of Scrappy’s Chocolate bitters
- .5 oz simple syrup
- Luxardo cherries to garnish
Instructions:
Put the bourbon, Cherry Heering, simple syrup, and bitters into a shaker and stir with ice. Pour the liquid over rocks in a lowball cocktail glass and garnish with the cherries.
