SpiritedLA Original Cocktail: The Scout’s Honor
February 26, 2016

Spending a relaxing weekend in Palm Springs with tennis, bocce, and classic cocktails. Here’s my twist on Reginald Vanderbilt’s favorite pre-dinner drink: the Stinger.
The Scout’s Honor:
- 3 oz Claude Thorin Grande Champagne VS Cognac
- .75 oz Tempus Fugit Creme De Menthe
- 4 Dashes of Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters
- Garnish With A Sprig Of Fresh Mint
Instructions:
Shake cognac, creme de menthe, and bitters with ice and strain into coupe to serve up. Garnish with mint.

Why shaken? There is no non-alcohol to incorporate… Also is that a Tereseinthol glass?
